1. Fill in the application form and attach a scanned copy of your travel document.
2. You can track your application status through your personal tracking account. You will receive credentials for logging in via email.
3. Wait until your application is fully processed. You may be asked to provide additional information related to your application.
4. Book a visit to a consulate of Ukraine through a link, which will be sent to your email. Make sure that the chosen consulate is in the country you can enter on a legal basis.
5. Come to the chosen consulate at the scheduled time and bring the travel document you have previously provided in your application. A consulate official will verify your identity and take a photo of you. You will also need to download and install a special app for onboarding. If verification is successful, you will receive an e-resident status and e-signature.
